Construction Management
Our Construction Management/General Contracting philosophy is guided by two simple principles. Single point accountability tied to growing industry leaders “true builders” to execute the plan. Our Project Executive and project team will be responsible from the planning, estimating, and procurement phase thru actual construction and turnover. By doing this we mitigate any loss of translation between the conversations and decision that begin the process, and the different management disciplines thru the life cycle of a project. This philosophy solidifies proper execution with quality and safety.
Design Build
Based on successfully implementing the full project delivery, many of our clients have requested NCC’s leadership from inception. With the Design Build delivery, we have built upon our single point accountability philosophy to include total project delivery leadership inclusive of project design, development, and permitting. This delivery method ensures our clients have a single point of accountability to achieve their vision, cost constraints, and speed to market.
